We purchased our lot in October of 2023. Kathy and Gary are THE BEST! They are very thorough and get involved if there is an unforeseen glitch. They don’t leave you hanging after the sale. They invite you into their community! We’ve purchased many properties but Kathy and Gary are our favorite realtors. We’ve had a bad experiences with self-serving agents. This couple is a GEM: beautiful personalities, honest, and RARE! They were referred to me by a local bartender in Branson area. I have yet to thank the young man for giving us their business card. It was a wonderful experience to do business with the Clarks.
